Update
Currently running around like a chicken with my head cut off because I’m flying to florida day after tomorrow to see the love of my life, Patrick. I’ll be staying with him for two weeks while he has a break from school. I likely will be around a lot less than usual for a couple of weeks but I’ll try to check my messages. Now that all hat is out of the way I have to tell you guys I’m pretty nervous about this trip. This will be my first time traveling alone that I’ll have to deal with layovers and changing flights, and worst of all it’s going to be in an airport I’ve never seen in my life. I’m probably going to have to wake up around 4am Wednesday to he out of the house by six to make my 9am flight, and I don’t get in in Florida until 3:15 local time barring unforeseen delays…
You know like the blizzard that is happening right now.
Anyway I’m really stressed out but I’m excited. This will be Patrick and my’s first time meeting face to face and it’s exciting and scary and nerve wracking all at once.
I’m going to he missing Sherlock a lot. Two weeks is going to be a long time for me to be without my trusty service corgi, and it’s going to be a long time for him to be without his momma too. Honestly that’s what scares me most. I know I’m going to miss him so much. It’s not like I don’t know my parents aren’t going to take super good care of him or anything, I’m just going to miss him, a lot.
I’m going to Ty and get Patrick to take some nice cosplay photos while I’m down there and he’s going to take me out to dinner to celebrate my birthday which will be fun.
I’m so excited and so nervous all at once. I know I’m going to have a good time though. Packing one of my trusty walrus plushes will help. I love you all heaps. See you on the other side.
